The name of the incorporated association is "Victorian 86 BRZ Club Incorporated".

The purposes of the association are:

(a) Promote good fellowship between owners of Toyota 86 (ZN6) and Subaru BRZ (ZC6), including the GR86 (ZN8) and Gen 2 BRZ (ZD8) vehicles, a list of such vehicles as defined and published by committee,

(b) Promote community awareness of the Club,

(c) Educate, train, coach and encourage members of the Club,

(d) Further the interests of the Club,

(e) Follow Motorsport Australia rules and regulations as laid down in the Motorsport Australia Manual of Motor Sport.

The financial year of the Association is each period of 12 months ending on 30 June.

The Club operates under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and includes any regulations made under that Act.

Section 33 of the Act provides that an incorporated association must not secure pecuniary profit for its members. Section 4 of the Act sets out in more detail the circumstances under which an incorporated association is not taken to secure pecuniary profit for its members.
